How do we work?

We totally understand that founders try to get their startups off the ground and you look for ways to save money wherever possible. Cash is the king, and empty pockets mean the end of the runway. However, it's important to remember that our Ecosystem members need to feed themselves as well.

That said, mostly members of our Ecosystem work on a time-and-materials basis. We are open to considering sweat equity arrangements, as having a stake in the game and enjoying your success together is a core aspect of the ecosystem. Additionally, we run various accelerator programs designed for situations where compensation should be only in forms other than cash.
